Community Health Link was formed in 1994 to address the high cost of health care and to determine if a community coalition could improve the health status of the residents of Jackson County, North Carolina. As a certified partner of Healthy Carolinians, CHL assesses community needs, prioritizes goals and objectives and develops programs to address the needs. All work is done in partnership with community agencies, organizations, and individuals. CHL is funded through grants and donations.
