Community Health Link develops programs that have been determined to be needed in Jackson County, North Carolina through a process of Community Assessment and prioritization.  All programs are collaborative and involve community agencies, organizations, and individuals.  Everyone is invited to participate on Action Teams.  Currently, CHL is working on the following programs:

• Childhood Health 
• Substance Abuse and Violence
• Access to Health Care
