Community Health Link is a nonprofit organization in Jackson County, North Carolina focused on improving the health status of the residents. Through community assessment, collaboration with other agencies and organizations, as well as community individuals we develop and implement programs that focus on health needs. Community Health Link is a Partnership of Healthy Carolinians.
